Order, Payment & Shipment
1. Email your order to me with details of :
a) Product(s) Code & name
b) Your name and contact no.
c) Address to deliver order
d) Name and contact no. of
person receiving the order
(if you are sending as a gift)
* If you want to include your own greeting cards, please send them to me 1 (one) week in advance before sending out to the recipient. Address will be given via email.
2. You will receive an email confirming your order and estimation of shipment cost.
Shipping cost is a close approximate & may be subjected to final adjustments due to weight of package and destination. International shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes to be borne by the recipient, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country.
3. Make payment to designated bank account stated in the order confirmation. Please email me once you have make the payment. Appreciate if you could include the bank slip(s) as proof of payment.
4. Expect your purchase within 14 days for shipment to Malaysia and Singapore; within 1 month for international shipment.
Delivery time is only an estimate & may be subject to customs clearance time in your country.

Crafts2made is committed to produce & deliver quality products to your satisfaction. But in any case of dissatisfaction with any items you have purchased, simply mail it back to us with the Original Packing within 3 days (for local customers) & 14 days (for international customers) upon reception. We will honor your request for an exchange or refund. NO question asked!
1. Each item can only be exchanged once.
2. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state by registered mail/courier service unless being informed.
3. Crafts2made is not responsible for postage on returned items. In case if you found any damages when the items arrive, DO NOT open the packages and send them back to us immediately. We will bear all the charges and will send you the new items again.
4. Returned item may be exchanged for one that is of lower, equal or higher or equal value. You are required to top up the difference in price. Refund will be given if the value of the exchanged item is lower than the original item purchased (to be enclosed in a return envelope).
5. We will not bear the shipping cost for the exchange item.
